James A Mangum is the Saintmaker from Shinerville. He carves and paints saints of all types, large and small. He also creates Santas, nativities, Noah's Arks, nichos, retablos, bultos, trasteros, roperos, and other religious folk art.

Mangum also creates traditional folk art, including the popular "Shinerville" series.
